This started out pretty simple, just fit a Nemesis traction control system to a 2009 ZX10 track bike.. No big deal and typically about 4 hours of work. So when the bike arrived and it turned out to be a real '220bhp Superbike' it all got a bit more complicated, the only item that could be considered standard(ish) was the green paint. So after 4 days of designing new wiring, speed sensor mounts, sensor trigger disks, extending the sub-frame, machining spacers, moving the regulator, dyno runs, gearbox checks and a heap of other stuff it finally rolled out of the workshop and back to Chris Lewis just in time to be loaded up and trucked down to Spain. Very special bike. |
